FORECLOSURE HOTLINE CAN PROVIDE HELP
If you are having difficulty keeping up with your mortgage payments, help is
available. Don't wait until it's too late. It may be possible to save your home if you
take action quickly.
The Colorado Foreclosure Hotline was started in October, 2006. It is staffed by the Colorado Housing Counseling Coalition. The hotline is answered by counselors who can give options to borrowers facing foreclosure. The counselors can also act as negotiators and mediators for borrowers when dealing with lenders. Counselors can even negotiate with a lender so that a foreclosure does not appear on a borrower's credit report.
